Rooms are ready from 15:00 and we ask you to check out by 12:00. Reception is staffed around the clock, so a late arrival is never a problem — tell us your flight or train time and we will watch for you. Book direct and Sunday checkout is free and unhurried; luggage storage is complimentary either way.
Yes — breakfast is included in every room rate and is served at Restaurant Ahti from 07:00 to 10:30: ruisleipä and rye, Finnish cheeses, roe with smetana, porridge with lingonberry, eggs cooked to order and sea buckthorn juice. Let us know about any dietary needs in advance and the kitchen will take care of it.
Both saunas are for hotel guests and are warm daily from 07:00 to 21:00 — towels and robes are provided, so bring nothing but yourself. Book direct and one private sauna hour is on us; further private hours can be reserved at reception. Through the winter the avanto, our ice-swimming hole, is open whenever the ice is safe.
Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until 18:00 local time on the day before arrival; after that the first night is charged. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded or moved. The full wording is in our terms & conditions.
